Job Title: Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service efforts, connecting with potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products/services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, presenting our products/services and effectively conveying their benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner, building rapport and trust to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product/Service Promotion: Describe product features, specifications, and benefits persuasively, tailoring your pitch to match the needs and interests of each customer.
- Handle Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, promotions, and terms of sale.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive questioning and active listening, capturing relevant customer information and recording it accurately in our database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall sales objectives.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and transactions using our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if necessary) and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and close sales deals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, work under pressure, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to navigate digital tools for call handling and documentation.
