Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and ultimately secure sales. You will be an integral part of our sales team, driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively to potential customers, effectively communicating key features and benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Handle objections confidently and employ persuasive strategies to close deals.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing customers.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales practices, compliance, and ethical standards. Ensure that all interactions comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
