Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and ultimately drive sales. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, so a friendly and professional demeanor is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing questions.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by following up on initial contacts and keeping accurate records of all communications.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or manager.
  6. Handle Objections: Professionally address customer concerns and objections to turn them into opportunities.
  7. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and preferences.
  8. Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while making calls to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English.
  • Persuasive: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers to make a purchase.
