Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential customers to promote our products/services and generate leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients, effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, and convince them to take desired actions, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage leads to take the desired action, such as scheduling appointments, requesting more information, or making purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using our CRM software.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements to our offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
