Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate leads through effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather pertinent information to facilitate the sales process.
4. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database and update customer information as necessary.
6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader or manager.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all calls adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
