Job Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate leads through effective communication. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers professionally and courteously to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather pertinent information to facilitate the sales process.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the database and update customer information as necessary.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader or manager.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all calls adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
