Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, build relationships, and drive sales. Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce Products/Services: Present and explain the benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
3. Build Relationships: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust.
4. Understand Customer Needs: Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns to understand their requirements effectively.
5. Provide Information: Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability accurately.
6. Promote Offers: Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers to encourage sales.
7. Record Details: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
8. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
9. Meet Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
10. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th-grade education, although a graduate degree is preferred.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
6. Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals.
7. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing sales goals.
8. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications for data entry and record-keeping.
9. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
