Job Description: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. You will be expected to:

1. Make Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services persuasively and highlight their benefits to generate interest.

2. Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding queries, product information, or support. Provide accurate and efficient assistance to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service. Understand their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and enhance their experience.

4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and maximize revenue generation.

5. Document Information: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system. Keep track of sales progress and update relevant reports regularly.

6. Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process. Address any concerns or objections effectively to move prospects towards conversion.

7. Collaborate with Team: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and achieve collective goals. Share insights and feedback to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
