Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and addressing their inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to confidently answer customer questions and highlight key features and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team lead or manager by effectively pitching products/services and closing deals over the phone.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and sales transactions, using our CRM software.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through calls or other marketing activities, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel until closure.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team lead or manager regarding customer responses, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, during all interactions with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken English and Malayalam with a clear and pleasant voice tone.
