Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospects, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making purchases or scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present products or services persuasively, emphasizing their benefits and addressing any concerns or objections raised by the prospect.
  2. Inbound Calls: Receive incoming calls from customers or prospects. Listen actively to their inquiries, provide accurate information about products or services, and offer assistance in resolving issues or answering questions.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, or other key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the management.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all calls, including the outcome of each interaction, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions required. Update customer information accurately in the database.
  6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards for ethical conduct.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue objectives despite challenges.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
