Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. You will be provided with a list of contacts to call, and you will be expected to follow a script provided by the company to pitch our products/services effectively. Your duties will include:
- Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers from the provided contact list, introducing them to our products/services, and explaining their benefits.
- Building Rapport: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Pitching Products/Services: Effectively communicating the features and advantages of our products/services to potential customers, to persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Meeting Targets: Working towards and achieving set targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
- Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of all calls made and outcomes achieved, including details of interested leads and appointments scheduled.
- Providing Feedback: Providing feedback to the team leader or manager regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improving the telecalling process.
Requirements:
- Education: Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A higher level of education, such as graduation, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role is required. Candidates with prior experience in sales or customer service will be given preference.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential. Candidates should be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Persistence: A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully are crucial for success in this role.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, are desirable.
