Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation. Gather relevant information and escalate qualified leads to the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Provide accurate information about products/services, promotions, and pricing.
- Follow-Up: Maintain communication with leads through follow-up calls or emails to nurture relationships and progress leads through the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales quotas.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow established scripts and guidelines for conducting calls. Adhere to compliance regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade completion; Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a telecalling or sales role.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Persistence: Resilience and determination to overcome challenges and rejection.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and product information.
