Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our organization, responsible for communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record relevant customer information, interactions, and sales details into the CRM system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
7. Adhere to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow predefined scripts and guidelines while communicating with customers to ensure consistency and professionalism.
8. Stay Informed: Stay updated with knowledge about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduation.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Persistence: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
