Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and promote our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from customers regarding our products/services and report any recurring issues or trends to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or customer service industry.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using CRM software for data entry and retrieval.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
