Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer communication efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products or services, and assisting them with their needs. Your role will involve:

1. Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Product/Service Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

3. Sales and Lead Generation: Identifying potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and effectively promoting our products or services to meet sales targets.

4. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the system database for future reference and analysis.

6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, address any outstanding issues, and provide additional support or information as required.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer queries or concerns.

Requirements:

1. Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, although preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education up to graduation.

2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, although exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.

3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
