Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  2. Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our products/services.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and probing techniques.
  4. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through various channels to ensure conversion into sales opportunities.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  6. Data Management: Update customer information in the database during and after each call for accurate record-keeping.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
  8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Persistence: Demonstrate persistence and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
