Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your duties will include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introducing our products/services to customers and highlighting their benefits.
3. Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Providing accurate information about products/services and addressing any queries or concerns customers may have.
5. Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments with our sales team.
6. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales leads, and conversions.
7. Maintaining meticulous records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
9. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products/services and industry trends.
