Job Title: Telecaller
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team in Machilipatnam. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list of contacts. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns, addressing any questions or objections they may have, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant customer information such as contact details, preferences, and feedback to update our database and assist in future marketing campaigns.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through previous calls or marketing campaigns. Maintain regular communication with prospective customers to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics established by the management team. Keep track of personal performance and strive for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, responses, and outcomes. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role for a minimum of 3 years. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service over the phone.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to effectively communicate product/service information, handle objections, and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish positive relationships with customers. An empathetic listener who can understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Persistence: Resilient and determined individual who thrives in a target-driven environment. Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools for data entry and documentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability and meet business needs.
