Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make purchases or avail of our services. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing customers promptly and professionally. Address their queries, provide information about products/services, process orders, and resolve any issues or complaints they may have.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote customer loyalty.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Update customer databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust and credibility.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
