Position: Telecaller

Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and secure sales. Your primary objective will be to initiate meaningful conversations, understand customer needs, and effectively pitch our offerings to meet those needs. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention, addressing their queries and concerns, and offering solutions that align with their needs.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  4. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and close sales. Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and refine selling strategies.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher education preferred).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (Punjabi proficiency is a plus).
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and empathize with customers.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with confidence and persistence.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
