Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for initiating and managing communication with potential customers. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, promote our products/services, and ultimately generate sales leads or appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Pitching Products/Services: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and questioning techniques.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales appointments.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Follow scripts and guidelines provided for effective communication and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th-grade education required, with preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and handle rejection professionally.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center technology.
- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.
