Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convert leads into customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products/services compellingly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by addressing their queries, providing accurate information, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female both are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections effectively.
- Persistence: Strong perseverance and resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment towards achieving common goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
