Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or close sales. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and effectively pitch our products or services to meet those needs. Your role will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.


  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases. Use effective communication techniques to engage prospects and convey the benefits of our products or services.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospects and assess their interest and eligibility for our offerings.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each prospect. Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products or services to capture interest and drive conversions.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries or concerns. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company. Strive for continuous improvement in sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Keep records updated with relevant information to facilitate follow-ups and track progress.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Gather insights from customer interactions to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) up to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales role with a minimum of 3 years in outbound calling or telesales.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  4. Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets. Proficient in objection handling and negotiation techniques.
  5. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs. Empathetic listener with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles.
  7. Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
  8. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Latur market and surrounding areas is preferred.
