Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and providing exceptional support to existing clients. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate the sales process through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers over the phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information or assistance as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospects, assess their needs and preferences, and effectively communicate how our offerings can meet their requirements.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through previous calls or marketing campaigns. Keep track of customer interactions, update records in the CRM system, and ensure timely follow-up to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Work towards achieving individual and team goals while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, promotions, and any updates or changes. Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to enhance your selling approach.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions. Compile reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.
