Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to our offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, providing information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services.
2. Follow scripts and talk points to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.
3. Listen attentively to customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements.
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services and stay updated on any changes or developments.
5. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
7. Achieve set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
8. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in the database.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade to Graduate.
2. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
8. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
10. Age between 18 years to 40 years. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
