Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to encourage purchase or further interest.
  2. Inbound Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally. Address inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and resolve concerns or complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication. Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Sales Conversion: Use effective sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed sales. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements, closing deals whenever possible.
  5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to maximize revenue generation.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to enhance our offerings and strategies.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling customer information and business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
