Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide exceptional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
2. Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions, in the database.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate sales activities.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and answer their queries.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade to Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
