- Database Management: Update customer information and interactions in our database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
