About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services persuasively.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
