2. Inbound Call Handling: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or requests for information. Provide accurate and timely assistance, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from prospects, assess their needs, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, addressing concerns promptly, and following up on queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Generate reports on call volume, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or the local language. Ability to articulate ideas clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.
