Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential customers through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our products/services, address inquiries, and persuade customers to take desired actions. This role demands a blend of charisma, resilience, and adaptability to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns. Provide accurate information and address any questions or objections effectively to maintain customer interest.
  3. Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into customers. Employ sales tactics to encourage prospects to take the desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
  4. Follow-Up: Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates. Keep detailed records of interactions and update customer information in the database as necessary.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and revenue generation. Proactively seek opportunities to optimize performance and exceed targets.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and pricing of our products/services. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively address customer queries and objections.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, overcome challenges, and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and changing priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other telecalling tools.
  • Ethical Conduct: Maintain high standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers.
