Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential customers and providing them with information about our products or services. Your primary duty will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to our offerings, address their queries, and persuade them to avail of our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective clients.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to enhance the likelihood of successful sales.
4. Handle Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and clarity, aiming to provide satisfactory resolutions and convert leads into sales.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain a relationship with potential customers.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system with relevant information.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
6. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
7. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
8. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other telecalling tools.
