As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or existing databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
- Inbound Handling: Respond promptly to inbound calls from customers, providing information, resolving queries, and addressing concerns effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening during conversations.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in the database. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volume, sales outcomes, and customer feedback.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Education: The minimum educational qualification required is 12th grade, although a higher degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service roles is required.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
