Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and provide excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: Efficiently handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, or complaints. Provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Gather necessary information and maintain a database of prospective customers for follow-up.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up on previous interactions, address any concerns, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work closely with team members and supervisors to strategize and improve performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Update customer information, track progress, and prepare reports as required.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during calls. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or other relevant languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software/tools.
