  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products or services provided and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate relevant information to customers and address their queries or concerns.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by the organization, demonstrating a proactive approach and commitment to success.

Requirements:
