Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers through telephone calls. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to our sales targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a knack for building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally. Address any queries or concerns they may have regarding our offerings, providing accurate information and solutions where applicable.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and maintain comprehensive records of interactions for further follow-up.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales or appointments. Employ persuasive selling techniques while adhering to ethical business practices.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide valuable feedback to management regarding market insights and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system or other designated tools.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
