Job Telecaller (Kolkata)

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Initiate conversations, build rapport, and convey the value proposition of our products/services persuasively.
- Lead Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate successful conversions.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to accurately convey features, benefits, and pricing details to customers. Stay updated on product/service enhancements or changes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, including call logs, lead information, and sales outcomes. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
