As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, engaging with potential clients to promote our products/services and drive sales. This role requires a blend of charisma, resilience, and sales acumen to effectively communicate our offerings and convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Initiate conversations, build rapport, and convey the value proposition of our products/services persuasively.
  2. Lead Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate successful conversions.
  3. Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to accurately convey features, benefits, and pricing details to customers. Stay updated on product/service enhancements or changes.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, including call logs, lead information, and sales outcomes. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.


  1. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate degree in any discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders. We encourage both male and female candidates to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
  7. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging interactions.
  8. Tech-savvy: Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software/tools.
