Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and providing exceptional service to existing clients. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.


  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by our marketing team. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to engage further with our offerings.
  2. Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from existing customers, address their inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance as needed. Strive to deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers, assess their needs, and determine their level of interest in our offerings. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  4. Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  5. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Take ownership of your targets and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving them.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer support to align efforts and achieve collective goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve performance and processes.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. Higher education up to graduation level is preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related customer-facing role is required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
