Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales or appointments. You'll utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with leads, understand their needs, and effectively promote our offerings. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, highlight their benefits, and persuade prospects to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust. Listen attentively to their queries or concerns, provide relevant information, and address any objections to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Lead Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and update it with relevant information obtained during calls. Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance by implementing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  5. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures while making calls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  6. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of calls, outcomes, and any follow-up actions required. Prepare reports as necessary to track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to candidates of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Persistence: Resilience and determination to overcome objections and achieve sales goals.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
