Job Title: Telecaller

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for persuasion? Are you adept at building relationships over the phone? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Kolar. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by engaging with potential customers and promoting our products/services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads list. Present our products/services persuasively and effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through active listening, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Handle objections and address inquiries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and facilitate the sales process. Keep track of pending inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively and convey information persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and close sales deals successfully. Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales goals. Maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations and demonstrate resilience in achieving targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are desirable. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies/tools used for sales and customer relationship management.
