Job Summary: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately, drive sales. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convince them of the value proposition our company offers. This role requires a blend of charisma, resilience, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments for further discussion.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other channels. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing queries promptly, and following up on their needs.
  5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product/service offerings and sales strategies.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Generate reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status as required.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and local languages. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic listener with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Motivated by challenges and driven to succeed.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
