Job Telecaller
Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively convey information over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
- Promotion of Products/Services: Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Sales Generation: Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve set targets by convincing customers to purchase our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved in the CRM system or designated software.
- Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow pre-designed scripts and guidelines while making calls to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
