Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively convey information over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads list.
  2. Promotion of Products/Services: Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  3. Sales Generation: Actively pursue sales opportunities and achieve set targets by convincing customers to purchase our offerings.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved in the CRM system or designated software.
  7. Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  8. Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow pre-designed scripts and guidelines while making calls to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication.
  9. Problem Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to purchase products/services.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment.
