Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where every call presents an opportunity? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Telecaller.

As a Telecaller, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and converting leads into sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide them with information about our offerings, address any concerns they may have, and ultimately drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads from various sources and follow up on them diligently to convert them into sales opportunities.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by following up on inquiries and resolving issues on time.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs by consistently converting leads into sales.
  6. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  7. Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations, during all interactions with prospects and customers.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
