Experience: Minimum 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients to understand their needs effectively.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate leads. Utilize persuasive communication skills to articulate the benefits of our offerings and encourage interest and participation.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about our products/services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and coordinating with customers as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and procedures while handling calls. Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in communication. Seek feedback and continuously strive for improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Take ownership of individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing business needs and priorities by embracing new processes, technologies, and initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably the local language. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-centric Approach: Genuine interest in helping customers and providing exceptional service. Empathy, patience, and active listening skills are essential.
- Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
