Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any queries they may have, and provide assistance as needed. Building rapport with customers is essential to ensure repeat business and maintain a positive brand image.
3. Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of calls, including customer information, feedback, and outcomes. Accurate record-keeping is crucial for tracking progress, analyzing trends, and improving future interactions.
4. Meet Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to achieve sales goals and maintain high call quality standards.
5. Stay Informed: Stay updated on product/service features, promotions, and any changes in company policies or procedures. It's essential to have a thorough understanding of what we offer to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of 12th grade education is required. Graduates are preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary. Experience in sales or customer service will be advantageous.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in the local language(s) as well as proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathy and patience are essential when dealing with customers.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
