Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and persuade them to take action, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to take the desired action.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather pertinent information about potential customers and their needs to determine the best approach for further engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales leads generated, and conversion rates. Strive to consistently improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates to management for analysis and strategic planning.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-directed learning. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance performance and achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers quickly.
- Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and objections positively. Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
