Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and ultimately secure sales or appointments.
2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with existing customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Lead Management: Efficiently manage and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls. Keep detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and sales for future reference and analysis.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers. Stay updated on any changes or updates to ensure accurate information dissemination.
5. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, insights, and strategies for optimizing call performance and achieving collective goals. Foster a positive and supportive team environment to enhance overall productivity and morale.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) is required. However, candidates with a higher education level such as graduation are preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a similar role is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting outbound calls and achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others who meet the specified requirements.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and/or the local language are essential. Candidates should be articulate, persuasive, and capable of building rapport with diverse audiences over the phone.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office applications, and internet navigation, are required.
7. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities with a resilient attitude.
