Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services. Additionally, you will handle inbound inquiries, provide information, and assist customers with their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, and effectively communicate product/service offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers in persuasive conversations to understand their needs, address concerns, and convince them of the value proposition.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up on marketing campaigns to create a pipeline of potential clients.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and features to potential customers.
- Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update the database with relevant information, and ensure confidentiality of customer data.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support them in achieving sales targets.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably in a sales environment.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders – male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and local language (Odia) with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Resilience: Resilient attitude to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
