Job Telecaller

Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone professionally and courteously. Listen to their queries, concerns, and feedback attentively, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and offers to prospective clients.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services. Maintain records of interactions and update customer databases accordingly.
- Handle Queries: Address customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Provide accurate and timely information to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Work towards achieving individual and team goals effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls, including notes on customer interactions, feedback, and any actions taken. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for reference and analysis.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during customer interactions. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telemarketing environment.
- Age: Candidates aged between 18 years to 40 years are eligible to apply.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders, both male and female, who meet the qualifications and requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with proficiency in English or other languages considered a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
