Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries or concerns. Listen attentively to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
3. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in our offerings but have not yet committed. Maintain a courteous and persistent approach to encourage conversion.
4. Data Management: Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for effective tracking and future reference.
5. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics consistently.
6. Adherence to Scripts: Adhere to predefined scripts or talking points while conversing with customers. Modify scripts as necessary to suit different situations while maintaining consistency in messaging.
7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Generate regular reports on call outcomes and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders (male, female, and others).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Listening Skills: Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Resilience: Resilience in handling rejection and objections gracefully.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
