Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote our products/services to potential customers effectively.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  7. Data Management: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in Hindi/English.
  4. Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  5. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  6. Target-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
